Donor CRMs at a glance

We read each provider's pricing, feature and contract pages and put them on the same terms: what the first year costs, who each one suits, and what to watch for.

I need 9 of 9 match
Tool First-year software cost In one line Good fit if Watch for
Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT Quote onlypriced by size, users and modules; usually includes implementation and training A long-established fundraising CRM for relationship-based and major-gift fundraising, priced by quote. You are a mid-sized or larger nonprofit with a development team and major-gift program. No public prices; Blackbaud itself says it is best for mid-sized to large nonprofits.
Bloomerang G2 4.6 (929) · Oct 7, 2026 $1,500CRM only, billed yearly ($125/mo); donation forms add $40/mo; first term is two years A donor CRM with unlimited users, email, wealth insights and an add-on giving platform. You want a full CRM with built-in email and wealth data and can sign a multi-year contract. The standard first term is two years with 45 days' written notice to cancel; donation forms and volunteer tools are paid add-ons.
DonorDock Capterra 4.8 (33) · Oct 7, 2026 $9,800$500/mo billed yearly plus $3,800 one-time onboarding with data migration One flat-price CRM with unlimited contacts, built-in email and texting, and guided onboarding. You have a growing donor list and want unlimited contacts at one price, with hands-on help moving in. The $3,800 onboarding and $500/month make the first year costly for very small lists; donation pages add a 2% platform fee.
DonorPerfect Capterra 4.5 (1,482) · Oct 7, 2026 From $1,188Core plan starts at $99/mo; exact price by quote A fundraising CRM in three plans, with Constant Contact email included and a mobile app. You want a CRM that includes email marketing and event tools, with free data transfer from most CRMs. QuickBooks sync and several tools are only on the Plus and Pro plans; phone support is Pro only.
Keela Capterra 4.3 (314) · Oct 7, 2026 $1,968up to 1,000 contacts at $164/mo paid yearly; page doesn't label the currency A contact-based CRM with donation forms, email, volunteers and memberships in one plan. You want email, volunteers and donations in one tool without per-transaction fees from the CRM. Events run through Eventbrite or Raisely; data import is quoted separately; cancel at least 7 days before renewal.
Little Green Light Capterra 4.8 (317) · G2 4.4 (63) · Oct 7, 2026 $486up to 2,500 records at $45/mo, 10% off paid yearly; no setup fee An affordable donor database priced by record count, with unlimited users and no contract. You are a small or mid-sized nonprofit that wants low, predictable cost and can set it up yourself. LGL doesn't migrate your data for you (self-import or a paid consultant); bulk email runs through Mailchimp or Constant Contact.
Neon CRM Capterra 4.3 (620) · Oct 7, 2026 From $1,188starts at $99/mo; priced by your organization's revenue, not records A CRM priced by your revenue, with unlimited users, built-in email and add-on modules. You have a large contact list but modest revenue, so revenue-based pricing works in your favor. Events (+20%), memberships (+10%) and volunteers (+10%) cost extra; the default contract is 12 months and auto-renews.
Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud $0 for 10 usersPower of Us licenses for eligible nonprofits; then $70 per user/mo (Core) A highly customizable platform; eligible nonprofits get 10 Core licenses free. You have, or can hire, a Salesforce administrator or partner and need a system you can shape to complex programs. Salesforce itself recommends an administrator and a consulting partner; email marketing is a separate product.
Virtuous G2 4.3 (281) · Oct 7, 2026 Quote onlyPlatform tier for up to $5M in fundraising revenue A relationship-focused CRM sold in tiers by fundraising revenue, with separate add-on products. You raise up to about $5 million a year and want CRM, giving forms and wealth data from one vendor. No public prices; forms (Raise), wealth data (Insights) and volunteers are separately quoted products.

Example: about 1,000 donor records and a few staff users, using each provider's published starting prices on October 7, 2026, including any one-time onboarding fee the provider lists. Payment processing on donations is extra everywhere. Quote-only providers are marked so; ask for a written quote for your record count.

What the pricing words mean

Record or constituent
One person or organization in your database. Many CRMs price by how many records you keep.
Onboarding
Setup help from the provider: training, configuration and sometimes moving your old data in.
Data migration
Moving donors and gift history from spreadsheets or another CRM into the new one.
Auto-renew
The contract renews for another term unless you cancel in writing before a deadline.
Wealth screening
Matching your donors against public data to estimate who could give a larger gift.
Add-on module
A feature sold separately on top of the base plan, such as events or volunteers.

How we compared

  • Facts come from each provider's own pricing, feature and terms pages, checked October 7, 2026.
  • The first-year figure uses published starting prices and listed one-time fees; quotes for your record count can differ.
  • Kindful is not listed: it is now part of Bloomerang and existing users are moving to Bloomerang CRM.
  • Review ratings from G2 and Capterra are shown for reference only and did not decide anything here.
  • Tools are listed A to Z. This is not a ranking. Confirm prices and contract terms before you sign.
