Signivo manages email signatures centrally for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. One admin builds a template, names and titles fill in from your existing user directory, and the finished signature appears in every mailbox, so staff and volunteers do not set anything up themselves. How the nonprofit discount works

Signivo publishes one price for every feature and takes 50% off it for organizations that do not operate for profit, including charities, foundations, schools, museums, faith-based groups, and volunteer organizations. Its nonprofit page lists the nonprofit rate as €0.50 per user per month, or €5 per user per year (checked October 1, 2026). To get it, you email [email protected] and describe your organization; Signivo sends a code to enter at checkout. Its nonprofit page says no proof of status is required and there is no minimum team size. You pay only for the users you turn Signivo on for, which helps if many volunteers have mailboxes.

Before you connect it

• Review the permissions. Connecting Signivo means an admin grants it access to your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 directory. Read the permission screen and Signivo’s Data Processing Agreement before approving.
• Hosting. Signivo says customer data is hosted in Germany and not replicated outside the EU.
• It is a young product. Signivo is run by MonsJovis Holding UG, a small company in Berlin. Try the free 14-day trial, which needs no card, and keep a copy of your signature template outside the tool.
